You can't lose your salvation if it's really real. The better question to ask is, "Were you ever really saved?"

Real salvation is sealed by the Holy Spirit and secured by the Father and the Son. When we're saved, we receive the Holy Spirit as a deposit. The Holy Spirit guides us into repentance and helps us become more like Jesus each day. So instead of focusing on what happened, the best way to know if you're saved is to focus on what's happening. 

Jesus never does anything halfway, and salvation is no exception. He who started a good work in you will carry it on to completion.
