Position Responsibilities

We’re looking for someone who is team-oriented, strategic, and has a clear calling to ministry to lead volunteer teams and oversee the Discipleship ministry at the Greenville campus. If you enjoy pastoral ministry, creating events to help people connect and developing volunteers, this role could be for you!

Qualifications for this job include (or have a proven track record of): leading volunteers, ability to become proficient at ROCK (NewSpring’s people management system), and experience with pastoring/shepherding people.
